Billing and Shipping

All orders to ship within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays).

Shipping charges are quoted directly from UPS live plus a $4.50 fee for handling. Current shipment status can be checked on our website via account login.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

We also accept money orders and personal checks (payments by check or money order may require up to 7 days to clear). For orders with payment by check or money order, please proceed through the ordering process until a credit card is required. Please have this page printed out and e-mail us for a mailing address.

If you are paying through PayPal, please also follow the instructions above and send payment to us at billing@synatoys.com with the order details included in the comment section of your payment.

Orders exempt from shipment guarantees are orders with errors or changes, wrong address, out of stock items, non-credit-card orders, holidays or weekends.

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

We do not ship C.O.D. We only ship within the United States.

Return Policy

Requests for returns for refunds must be made within 3 days of receipt of package. Before sending any items back, please request a return number from sales@synatoys.com. Any items returned for refunds, will be inspected for quality assurance. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded, returns are sent to us at customer's expense, and a 15% restocking charge will be applied for all approved refunds. Any items inspected as damaged may incur additional charges. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. Any items sent back for a refund, MUST be in original packaging with all original contents.

Requests for returns for exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of package. Before sending any items back, please request a return number from sales@synatoys.com. Any items returned for exchange, will be inspected for quality assurance. Returns are sent to us at customer's expense. Any items inspected as damaged may not be eligible for a full exchange. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. Any items sent back for exchange, MUST be in original packaging with all original contents. All exchanges are shipped out at customer's expense.

Requests for returns for repairs must be made within 30 days of receipt of package. Before sending any items back, please request a return number from sales@synatoys.com. Any items returned for repairs, will be inspected for quality assurance. Returns are sent to us at customer's expense. Once we receive your package, you will be notified of any possible out of warranty costs on repairs. Any items found to be in full and working condition will be held and shipped at customer's expense. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. Any items sent back for exchange, MUST be in original packaging with all original contents.

Items without return number clearly indicated on the outer carton will not be accepted at our receiving desk.

Items without your invoice or packing slip included will delay processing of your return.

Returned items that do not match return number list items will be held and shipped at customer's expense.

Return numbers are valid for 3 weeks. If you return is not checked in at our receiving desk within 3 weeks it will expire and a request for a new return number will be necessary.

For your protection, we recommend that call customers use couriers that provide tracking numbers to return any items. Syna Toys is not responsible for lost packages or damages incurred by courier shipping or mis-handling.
