All items, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED, are sold with a 30 day warranty. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer on all returns, as stated in the Billing and Shipping Policy.
Any warranties offered do not cover misuse, abuse, non-compliance with instruction manuals, removal of orange tip, disassembly prior to returning, use of incorrect BB's, damage caused by reusing BB's, and wear and tear due to regular or over use. If we receive an item that is suspect of misuse, abuse, non-compliance with instruction manuals, removal of orange tip, disassembly prior to returning, use of incorrect BB's, damage caused by reusing BB's, and wear and tear due to regular or over use, it will be held and shipped at customer's expense. Items will be discarded at customer's refusal to pay return shipping.
Any AirSoft items sent in without the original orange tip, will be discarded immediately.

Syna Toys reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and warranty issues.
